This 2000 Club Car has been stripped down to the bare frame and then reassembled as new. I have to sell this cart as used because it is a 2000 model, but everything on the cart is new, never used. I test drove it after I assembled it to make sure everything is 100%. I am not sure where to begin, let's start with the mechanical side. Anyone who's anyone in the golf cart industry knows the name Logisystems. They are the only company in the United States that rebuilds motors and controllers for electric golf carts to make them go faster than stock. Jim, the owner of Logisystems, personally build this motor and controller for this golf cart. With his advise, I also changed the rear end gears in this car to get some extra speed out of her. With the current set up, I have clocked this golf cart at 40MPH with my hand held GPS. You could change the 8 volt batteries out for 12 volt batteries and increase this cart to a 72volt cart WITHOUT having to rebuild the controller or motor. Jim at Logisystems did this upgrade already with the thought that when these 8 volt batteries ran out, I would upgrade to 12 volt. He estimated this cart will run around 52MPH when the batteries are changed. All of the electrical wiring for the batteries, controller, and motor have all been upgraded to handle the additional power. The Forward/Reverse switch has been correctly rewired with two additional solenoids to prevent the switch from being overloaded. That covers the mechanical side of things, now let's talk about the fun stuff.
